Job Summary

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for managing housekeeping operations across assigned client sites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, manpower management, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise housekeeping operations at assigned sites.
Manage supervisors and housekeeping staff.
Ensure proper cleaning schedules and SOPs are followed.
Conduct daily inspections and quality audits.
Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
Recruit, train, and motivate housekeeping staff.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of housekeeping machines and equipment.
Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and consumables.
Coordinate with clients and resolve complaints promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and performance.
Ensure timely deployment of manpower as per client requirements.





Eligibility
Education: Graduate (Hotel Management preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in Housekeeping/Facility Management, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
Experience in hospitals, corporate offices, educational institutions, or industrial facilities is preferred.

Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, machines, and SOPs
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Reporting To

Operations Manager / General Manager

Working Hours

As per company policy (6 days a week), with flexibility to visit client sites as required.
