We are looking for a energetic and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective and current students in making informed decisions about their educational and career paths. The role involves counselling, admissions support, and maintaining strong relationships with students to ensure a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and learning pathways
Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and follow-ups for admissions
Explain course details, curriculum, and benefits to prospective students
Assist students through the enrollment and admission process
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for student engagement activities
Conduct counselling sessions (in-person/online) and webinars if required
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets
Provide post-admission support and address student concerns

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Bachelor’s degree in any discipline field
Proven experience in academic counselling, sales, or student advisory roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Ability to understand student needs and provide tailored guidance
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
Target-driven with a proactive approach

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in EdTech, training institutes, or digital media education
Familiarity with digital marketing or creative courses

Rapid-paced, target-oriented environment with team-oriented teams

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
