Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the telecalling team.
Monitor daily calling activities and team performance.
Ensure team achieves business targets.
Train and motivate team members.
Handle escalations and support the team in closing leads.
Prepare daily MIS and performance reports.
Coordinate with HR and Management.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience in Personal Loan, Business Loan, Banking, Finance, or BPO.
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Target-oriented and able to manage a team.
