Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage the timely dispatch and delivery of products to retail outlets, distributors, and customers. The role involves coordinating transportation, maintaining inventory records, ensuring on-time deliveries, and supporting warehouse operations while maintaining product quality.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules.
Ensure timely delivery of products to all branches and distributors.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and retail teams for dispatch planning.
Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and transport documents.
Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
Monitor vehicle utilization and transportation costs.
Maintain inventory and dispatch records accurately.
Verify incoming and outgoing stock quantities.
Ensure proper packing and handling of food products during transportation.




Coordinate with transport vendors and delivery personnel.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
Prepare daily and monthly logistics reports.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or dispatch operations.
Freshers with valuable organizational skills may also apply.
