To be successful as a "Senior Data and Business Analyst - BX CDAO", you should have experience with:
Robust experience in data governance, data management, data quality and data product governance within a complex organisation.
Experience managing or supporting Data Products and Data Domains across the data lifecycle.
Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, root cause analysis, impact assessment and process re-engineering.
Demonstrable experience delivering data and business change initiatives within a regulated workplace.
Strong understanding of data lineage, metadata, ownership models, controls and data architecture concepts.




Ability to challenge technical solutions and architecture decisions without being responsible for hands-on development.
Experience working with Data Product Owners, technology teams and senior business stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.
Robust knowledge of risk management and control frameworks.
Outstanding communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive-level decision making.
Proven ability to operate independently and drive outcomes across multiple competing priorities.
Experience preparing and presenting papers for senior governance forums, councils and executive stakeholders.

Desirable Skills/ Good To Have
Manage and govern assigned Data Domain(s) and Data Product(s), partnering with Data Product Owners, Data Domain Owners and business stakeholders to improve data quality, ownership, controls, and business value.
