Key Responsibilities

As our Workforce Development Executive , you will:
Manage end-to-end staff lifecycle - from hiring to exit .
Conduct background verification, reference checks, and onboarding formalities .
Draft and enforce policies, SOPs, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management .
Conduct training,



mentorship support, and workforce development programs .
Handle grievance redressal, discipline, and conflict management .
Oversee exit processes , including exit interviews and clearance .
Work closely with leadership to align people's growth with the firm's growth vision .
