Position

Shift Engineer

Location: Palwal, Haryana

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage shift-wise production activities.
Ensure smooth operation of production machinery and equipment.
Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor machine parameters, process performance, and cycle time.
Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with operators, technicians, maintenance, and quality teams.
Handle manpower allocation and shift planning efficiently.
Maintain production reports, downtime records, and shift documentation.




Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company policies.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce rejection and improve productivity.

Eligibility

Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
CPAT Graduates (Preferred)

Experience
2–3 Years in Manufacturing / Production / Process Industry

CTC

₹3.0 – ₹5.0 LPA

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
