We are looking for a motivated Engineer Trainee to join our Solar AMS team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing solar power plants.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor the performance of distributed solar power plants using SCADA and remote monitoring platforms.
Analyze daily generation data and identify underperforming systems, inverter faults, or other performance issues.
Create maintenance tickets and coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely issue resolution.
Track maintenance activities and follow up until issues are resolved.
Prepare and explain performance reports to customers while providing regular updates on maintenance activities.
Support the sales team by providing technical assistance during customer discussions and presentations.
Participate in company events, technical workshops, and industry exhibitions as a representative of the engineering team.
Continuously learn industry best practices and contribute to improving asset performance.





Eligibility
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
Basic understanding of solar PV systems and electrical fundamentals.
Familiarity with SCADA or remote monitoring systems is an advantage.
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented team environment.
