Eligibility:
Graduate/Under graduate required; experience in home loan retention
Positive English communication
Shift time:
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
1 Rotational week off
Salary - Up to 28500 CTC
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to understand their concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Build positive customer relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.
Resolve customer queries in a timely and qualified manner.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
Educate customers about products, services, and available solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Meet quality standards and customer retention targets set by the organization.
Pay: ₹28,500.00 per month
