The Healthy Binge is a quick-growing food manufacturing and FMCG company committed to creating healthy and creative snack products. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our warehouse team and support daily inventory and material management operations.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Assistant will assist in day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory management, stock verification, and dispatch coordination. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in warehouse operations and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in receiving, unloading, storing, and dispatching goods and raw materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement in registers/ERP/Excel.
Support stock counting, cycle counts, and periodic inventory audits.




Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams for smooth material movement.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of warehouse materials.
Prepare dispatch documents, delivery challans, and shipment records.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
Maintain warehouse documentation and filing systems.
Follow company safety, hygiene, and warehouse procedures.
Perform other warehouse-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Robust organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Basic understanding of warehouse operations or inventory management.
