Role Description
This is a full time, in office Inside Sales Executive role based in Kochi. The Inside Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, qualify leads, and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include presenting product solutions, preparing and sending proposals, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and following up with potential and existing clients.



The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales activities with campaigns, providing feedback on customer needs, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. The Inside Sales Executive is expected to maintain a professional, customer-focused approach while representing the company and its offerings.

Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in inside sales activities, including lead qualification, prospecting, and closing opportunities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clients.
Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to track and improve performance.
Ability to understand and explain technology-driven solutions and future-oriented design concepts to prospective customers.
Organized work style, time-management skills, and attention to detail in documentation and follow-ups.
