Qualification | Bachler Degree in information technology Experience (in years) | 6 Job Description | Role Overview The Project Manager will lead Transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of payroll programs through effective stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive oversight of project workstreams. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end project planning and delivery. • Manage stakeholders across Payroll, HR, IT, Security, Finance, vendors and business teams. • Drive risk, issue and dependency management with mitigation plans. • Identify integration challenges and ensure timely resolution. • Ensure governance, stage-gate approvals and compliance with project standards. • Coordinate testing, UAT, sign-offs, cutover and hypercare activities. Required Experience • Solid project management and delivery experience.



• Good understanding of Payroll and HRMS domains. • Experience managing large transformation programs and cross-functional teams. • Robust stakeholder and vendor management skills.
