Manage the overall operations and performance of the branch.
Achieve branch sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales and support teams.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business.
Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target achievement.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and resolve escalated issues.
Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate branch employees.
Monitor inventory, stock, and asset management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Approve sales quotations, discounts, and operational decisions within authority limits.
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Manage branch budgets and control operating expenses.
Coordinate with head office and other departments for smooth operations.
Maintain showroom standards, cleanliness, and brand image.
Build relationships with key customers, corporate clients, and business partners.
