We're looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Client Acquisition Manager who can identify potential clients, build meaningful connections, and convert them into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities - Client Acquisition
Identify and approach founders, business owners, CEOs, startups, doctors, coaches, consultants, and brands who can perk from personal branding and content marketing.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
Follow up consistently to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Ensure a smooth handover to the client success and content teams.
Bring current ideas to expand the agency's client base.

Requirements




2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Agency Sales, or B2B Sales.
Solid communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Experience selling marketing, branding, media, consulting, or creative services is preferred.
Ability to understand client needs and offer strategic solutions.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and sales outreach techniques.

Preferred Qualifications
Existing network of founders, entrepreneurs, or business leaders.
Experience working in a marketing agency, branding agency, media company, or startup ecosystem.
Understanding of personal branding, content strategy, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and podcast marketing.
