JOB DESCRIPTION:
Process: Loan & Insurance
Work Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Week Off: Sunday
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote insurance products.
Explain policy features, advantages, and premium details clearly and persuasively.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Handle customer objections and convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Follow compliance guidelines and ensure ethical selling practices.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain individual daily call logs and sales records.
REQUIREMENTS:
Positive communication skills in Tamil.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
