Key Responsibilities:
Source and secure freight loads from shippers and customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and clients.
Negotiate freight rates to maximize profitability.
Coordinate and monitor shipments from pickup to delivery.
Resolve transportation issues and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records and update load information in company systems.
Ensure timely communication with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
