Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance
Assist in maintenance of books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and account reconciliations
Support preparation of financial statements and management information reports
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
Audit
Support internal and statutory audit assignments
Preparation and maintenance of audit working papers and documentation
Coordination with audit teams during audit and compliance reviews
Direct Taxation (Income Tax)
Assist in computation of taxable income and preparation of income tax returns
Support in handling income tax assessments, notices, and related correspondence
Indirect Taxation (GST)
Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
Support GST reconciliations and compliance activities
Assist in GST audits and responses to departmental queries
Company Law & Statutory Compliance
Assist in corporate compliances and ROC filings
Support preparation and maintenance of statutory records and registers
Assistance in documentation related to board and statutory meetings
Litigation Support
Assist in preparation of replies to notices issued by tax and regulatory authorities
Support seniors in documentation related to appeals and litigation matters
Liaise with consultants and legal advisors, as required
Eligibility Criteria
CMA Intermediate qualified / eligible for CMA Articleship.
Freshers or candidates with relevant internship exposure may apply
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
Working knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Basic understanding of audit, income tax, GST, and company law
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software
Robust analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
Qualified attitude with a willingness to learn.
