Qualifications and Experience:

Education: BE, MBA preferred

Experience:

o5–10 years in International Business Development with exposure to North
American markets.

oStrong relationship-building, negotiation & cross-cultural communication
skills.

oUnderstanding of export processes, BD cycles, and international
commercial terms.

Other

oWillingness to travel internationally.

Role Overview:
Drive business development initiatives across North America & Canada by managing key
accounts, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s international
footprint.

Key Responsibilities





Manage and nurture key accounts in North America & Canada.

Identify current business opportunities, partners, and channels for market
expansion.

Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis & regulatory landscape
assessment.

Coordinate with Product, Pricing, Supply Chain & Service teams for smooth
execution.

Support product positioning, technical presentations & customer engagements.

Lead commercial discussions, proposals & contract alignment.

Ensure accurate forecasting, prospect tracking, and MIS reporting.

Represent the organization at global BD forums, exhibitions & customer
interactions.
