Chitkara University is looking for passionate and experienced Technical Trainers to join our team across specializations in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, DSA, and Full Stack Development. This is an opportunity to shape the next generation of tech specialists by delivering hands-on, industry-relevant training and mentoring students on real-world projects.

We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and education, and who can bridge the gap between academic learning and industry practice.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions in one or more of the following areas: AI, Machine Learning, Python, Data Science, DSA, Java, C++, MERN Stack, and Full Stack Development
Design and implement practical learning modules, labs, and hands-on exercises
Mentor students on real-world projects, hackathons, and emerging technologies
Collaborate with faculty members to enhance and update the technical curriculum
Track and evaluate student progress,



providing constructive feedback
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools, and incorporate them into training content
Required Qualifications
Education: M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (industry experience strongly preferred)
Solid command over the subject area(s) applied for (AI / Data Science / DSA / Full Stack)
Prior training, teaching, or mentoring experience is an added advantage
Desired Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners at varying skill levels
Hands-on proficiency in relevant tools, frameworks, and languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js, ML/AI libraries)
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning
