Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a rapid-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about hiring, employee engagement, and building strong teams across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, solution-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing end-to-end HR operations while supporting Greenr's continued growth. Additionally, this role will involve assisting in the development and implementation of HR systems and procedures to strengthen organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination,



and onboarding.
Coordinate hiring requirements across multiple restaurant locations.
Ensure smooth employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and HR activities.
Coordinate with department heads to fulfil manpower requirements.
Assist in performance management and employee lifecycle processes.
Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations.
Assist in establishing and improving HR systems, policies, and procedures.
Support HR projects, training initiatives, and current outlet openings as required.

QualificationsEducation
Bachelor's degree in BBA, Human Resource Management, or a related field (mandatory).
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
