A. About the Role:

We are looking for a high-ownership HR Operations qualified to anchor and continuously strengthen our people processes in a fast-paced consulting workplace. This role will drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, ensure 100% compliance, and partner closely with business leaders to deliver a seamless employee experience.

B. Detailed expectations from the role:
Employee Lifecycle Management
Prepare and execute the various employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit) with robust process discipline.
Help in the execution of seamless onboarding experience aligned with business expectations
Ensure timely issuance of all employment documentation (offer, appointment, confirmation, transfers, exits)
HR Systems, Data & Analytics, Documentation
Maintain and update HRMS data with complete integrity
Maintain and update HR metrics (headcount, attrition, cost, productivity) whenever required, however, with assistance.
Employee Query Resolution
Act as a trusted SPOC for employees on HR operations-related matters




Ensure high responsiveness and service orientation, with accuracy and speed in resolution of matters.
Vendor & Benefits Management
Manage relationships with vendors (Background verification, corporate insurance etc.)
Assist in the effective implementation and utilization of employee benefit programs.

D. Education and Experience
Graduation in any discipline/ MBA/ PG in HR is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR Generalist role.
