Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders on people strategy and workforce planning.
Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and performance discussions.
Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning and employee development.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve business outcomes.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
Facilitate organization design, restructuring, and change management initiatives as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Advantages, and HR Operations to deliver seamless HR support.
