Raw Materials Handling: Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials
Component Organization: Ensure that components are stored in controlled settings to prevent damage and degradation.
Stock Monitoring: Regularly check stock levels and reorder materials to prevent production delays.
Inspection of Incoming Goods: Verify the quality and specifications of incoming materials against purchase orders.
Documentation: Maintain records of quality checks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Coordination: Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any discrepancies or quality issues.
Effective Storage and Organization
Coordination with Production and Procurement.
Material Supply: Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely availability of materials for manufacturing.
Procurement Liaison: Work with the procurement department to reorder materials and manage supplier relationships.
Production Support: Monitor material usage rates and adjust procurement schedules to align with production needs.
