Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern to support our day-to-day HR operations and recruitment activities. This internship is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in hiring, employee engagement, HR coordination, and workplace operations within a luxury healthcare and wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination
Post job openings on hiring platforms and social media
Maintain candidate databases and employee records
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new hires
Support HR operations,



attendance tracking, and documentation
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements
Help maintain HR policies, reports, and trackers
Ensure a qualified and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Interest in recruitment and HR operations
Presentable, professional, and detail-oriented personality
Prior internship experience is a plus but not mandatory
