Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Sales Executives to expand our taxi app by onboarding drivers and acquiring customers. The role involves conducting group meetings, online meetings, field visits, and promotional campaigns to build a strong user base.
Key Responsibilities
Driver Acquisition
- Meet taxi drivers individually and in groups.
- Conduct awareness sessions explaining the advantages of joining the app.
- Assist drivers with app installation, registration, and document verification.
- Resolve driver queries and provide basic training on using the app.
- Maintain relationships with existing drivers and encourage referrals.
Customer Acquisition
- Organize promotional events in apartments, offices, colleges, hospitals, hotels, and business areas.
- Conduct online meetings and product demonstrations.
- Promote corporate, airport, local, and outstation taxi services.




- Generate current customer registrations and corporate accounts.
Sales & Marketing
- Plan and conduct offline and online marketing campaigns.
- Distribute promotional materials and collect leads.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for social media campaigns.
- Gather customer and driver feedback and submit improvement suggestions.
Meeting & Events
- Organize weekly driver meetups.
- Arrange customer awareness programs.
- Conduct webinars and online presentations.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and business networking events.
Reporting
- Submit daily activity reports.
- Track leads, registrations, and conversions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM or company portal.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and nd basic English.
- Solid presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships
