Position : Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day showroom operations.
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom team.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalations.
Oversee inventory, stock control, and visual merchandising.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Coordinate with Head Office and submit operational reports.

Eligibility
Minimum 5 years of experience in Jewellery Retail (Mandatory).
Experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Store Manager, or similar role.
Solid leadership, sales, and customer relationship skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and retail billing/ERP systems.
Willing to relocate anywhere across Maharashtra.

Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
