Increase fabric sales across woven, knitted, denim, and specialty fabrics.
Lead key customer negotiations and strategic partnerships.
Develop new markets across India and overseas.

Procurement & Supply Chain
Build relationships with textile mills, fabric manufacturers, and suppliers.
Ensure competitive sourcing and cost optimization.
Improve inventory planning and supply chain efficiency.
Maintain high standards of quality and timely deliveries.

Operations Management
Oversee daily business operations.
Improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Establish systems, processes, and performance metrics.
