The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ERW/precision tube manufacturing with hands-on knowledge of tube mill quality, metallurgical testing, SPC, PFMEA, PPAP, 8D, and IATF 16949 requirements. The candidate should also possess robust leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills, with the ability to manage customer requirements, drive continuous improvement, and work effectively across departments in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage quality assurance for ERW Tube Mill and Slitter operations
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal quality standards
Handle metallurgical testing, spectrometer, and laboratory activities
Implement and maintain SPC, MSA, PFMEA, PPAP, Control Plans, and SOPs
Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, and 8D reports
Lead internal, external, and customer audits
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and EMS 14001
Lead the QA team and coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Stores

Required Profile:




B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgy / Metallurgical Engineering preferred
18+ years of experience in Steel Tube / Precision Tube manufacturing
Strong knowledge of ERW Tube Mill quality systems
Experience in automotive quality requirements preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
