Full Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects at Kaizen Infotech Solutions. You will work closely with project managers, developers, designers, and clients to ensure projects are on track, timelines are met, and communication flows smoothly across all stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day activities across multiple projects and ensure timelines are adhered to
Act as a communication bridge between internal teams (development, design, QA) and clients
Track project progress, flag delays, and escalate issues to the Project Manager when required
Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, MIS, and meeting minutes
Schedule and facilitate project meetings, calls,



and follow-ups with internal teams and clients
Assist in requirement gathering, documentation, and scope management
Maintain project documentation including timelines, task lists, and delivery trackers
Coordinate with clients for feedback, approvals, and sign-offs at key project milestones
Monitor resource allocation and flag bandwidth issues to the management team
Ensure all project deliverables are submitted on time and meet quality standards

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role
Positive understanding of software development processes (SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall)
Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello,
