Job Description – Junior Accountant

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 1–3 Years
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally.
Manage purchase, sales, and expense entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and payment records.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Prepare E-way Bills and maintain related documentation.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
Maintain petty cash and expense records.
Support payroll processing and salary-related documentation.
Organize and maintain financial records and vouchers.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments as required.

Required Skills:
1–3 years of experience in accounting.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Positive analytical and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
