Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, building solid relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have proven B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.
Meet prospective clients, understand their business needs,



and present suitable branding and digital marketing solutions.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
Attend business meetings, networking events, and exhibitions to generate new leads.
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to management.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Solid ability to build relationships and close high-value deals.
