Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of International Voice BPO experience (Mandatory)
English proficiency: C1 level or above (Mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused with solid problem-solving skills
Willing to work in rotational shifts

Handle customer queries via voice/blended support
