Job Description

Edify Pre-School, Hyderabad is looking for an experienced and agile Centre Head / Centre Manager to lead the overall operations of the preschool. The candidate will be responsible for admissions, academic coordination, staff management, parent engagement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day centre operations while maintaining high standards of early childhood education. Similar roles in Hyderabad typically emphasize leadership, admissions growth, curriculum oversight, compliance, and parent relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day preschool operations.
Lead, mentor, and supervise teaching & non-teaching staff.
Drive admissions and achieve enrolment targets.




Build strong relationships with parents and address their concerns.
Ensure curriculum implementation and quality standards.
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
Maintain records, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
Organize school events and promotional activities.

Required Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate (ECE/Montessori qualification preferred).
3–8 years of experience in a Preschool Centre Head, Centre Manager, or Academic Coordinator role.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Experience in admissions counselling and parent handling.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and school management processes.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
