Key Responsibilities
Generate sales through company-provided leads and self-generated references.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate investment opportunities.
Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into successful bookings.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales updates.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Eligibility




Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and a strong passion for sales may also apply.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Customer-focused with a result-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
