About the Role

Indian Chemical Corporation is looking for an experienced Factory Operations Manager to lead and manage complete factory operations. The candidate should have a solid manufacturing background and be capable of independently handling end-to-end plant operations, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, cost control, and timely dispatches.

Note: This position is strictly for candidates from Manufacturing/Factory industries only. Candidates from Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, Warehouse-only, Retail, E-commerce, or Distribution backgrounds will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities




Manage complete day-to-day factory operations.
Oversee Production, Store, Dispatch, Inventory, and Manpower.
Ensure smooth coordination between Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.
Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Monitor inventory, raw materials, finished goods, and stock accuracy.
Ensure timely dispatch of finished products as per customer requirements.
Lead, supervise, and motivate factory staff and shop-floor teams.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and process discipline.
Maintain plant safety, statutory compliance, and housekeeping standards.
Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities with the maintenance team.
Monitor production efficiency, wastage, downtime, and implement process improvements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Drive cost optimization and continuous improve
