Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability.
Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to customers.
Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and payment collections.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in CRM or ERP software.
Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets assigned by management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify current business opportunities.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, industrial events, and customer meetings.
Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments for effective solutions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and market feedback reports.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales support.
Travel extensively to customer locations as required.
Maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department for payment follow-up and reconciliation.
Comply with company policies, sales procedures, and reporting requirements.
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
