Increase market penetration and expand the customer base.

Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain solid relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
Conduct regular customer visits and follow-up activities.
Resolve customer queries in coordination with the Application, Service, and Technical Support teams.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Product Promotion
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and scientific discussions.
Organize CMEs, workshops, product launches, and customer awareness programs.




Provide product information and technical support to customers in coordination with the Application team.

Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and market trends.
Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to the Product Management and R&D; teams.
Identify emerging opportunities and recommend business development strategies.

Sales Administration
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Follow Company policies for quotations, order processing, and collections.

Collections & Commercial Compliance
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
Coordinate with Finance for account reconciliation and payment follow-up.
Maintain healthy receivable levels within Company guidelines.
