Job Summary

Aakar Interiors is looking for an experienced and energetic Plant Head to oversee our interior manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have experience in modular furniture manufacturing, interior fit-out production, factory operations, and production planning. The candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining quality standards, managing teams, and ensuring timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end factory operations for modular furniture manufacturing.
Plan, monitor, and control production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
Lead and supervise shop floor workers, supervisors, and production teams.
Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate execution in production.
Handle production costing, pricing, and material optimization.
Ensure effective implementation and usage of ERP systems for production and inventory management.
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production systems.




Monitor quality standards and implement continuous process improvements.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for seamless execution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and factory regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a Plant Head, Production Head, or similar manufacturing leadership role.
Mandatory experience in modular furniture manufacturing and factory operations.
Solid knowledge of:
Production planning and control
Technical drawings
Production costing and pricing
ERP systems
Inventory and material management
Worker and team management
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Compensation
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month.
