Shift : Day Shift (But candidate must be comfortable with rotational shift)

Location : Mumbai

Note: We are only looking for candidates from Audio Visual industry.

Also, the selected candidate would be working from Client's Office which would be disclosed during interview.

Job Summary

TheTechnical Support Representative is responsible for investigating, resolving, or escalating incidents as required. This position will act as the front line of support utilizing remote monitoring and management applications.

The Onsite Maintenance Technician will work in partnership with the Customer, management team, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.

Key Responsibilities

For Technical Support Representative Role
Adhere to client SLAs
Maintain qualified, empathetic customer interaction
Provide technical support for ProAV,



Video Conferencing, UC solutions
Develop competency in monitoring platforms/devices
Collaborate with GSOC staff for incident handling
Respond quickly to automated alerts and customer inquiries
Document interactions and follow up on escalations
Participate in training and keep certifications updated

For Onsite Maintenance Technician Role
Setup/breakdown of conference spaces for events
Perform preventative maintenance (test/repair cables, hardware)
Clean AV equipment (camera lenses, monitors, fans)
Maintain job site documentation
Provide meeting support, install connectors, assist with recording
Work professionally with internal/external teams
Deliver client training when required
Follow local safety standards
Setup, operate, and troubleshoot AV systems
Travel to job sites as needed

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High school diploma (college preferred)
Customer service experienc
