Role & Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to translate strategic goals into talent roadmaps, workforce planning, and people initiatives.
Act as the primary HR liaison for assigned business units, driving engagement, performance management, and culture initiatives.
Lead employee relations efforts—mediate conflicts, advise on policy application, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Design and implement onboarding, retention, and exit processes tailored to business unit needs and employee experience.
Collaborate with L&D; and Compensation teams to align training programs and reward structures with performance outcomes.
Use HR analytics to track people metrics (attrition, engagement,



productivity) and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, BambooHR)
Employee Lifecycle Management
Labour Law Compliance (Code on Wages, OSH, Social Security)
Performance Management Systems
Conflict Resolution & Mediation
HR Analytics Dashboards

Preferred
Experience in startup or fast-growth environments
Knowledge of agile HR frameworks or OKR-based people planning
HR Tech stack exposure (LMS, Survey tools, ATS)
