Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated W2 Full time Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in US Staffing / IT Recruitment and be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for various job openings.

Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Meet recruitment targets and maintain high-quality candidate submissions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in US Staffing / IT Recruitment preferred.
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, and other US employment types is a plus.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of job portals and recruiting tools.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
