Job Summary

Softair Technology is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication, negotiation, and sales skills with the ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, social media, and online platforms.
Identify potential clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Contact prospective customers and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable software and IT solutions.




Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Follow up with prospects regularly to close deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the technical team for project discussions and solution delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients.
Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
