## Roles & Responsibilities
As a BIW Design Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers and gain practical exposure to the automotive BIW domain. Your responsibilities include:
* Assist in developing BIW fixture concepts, 3D models, and 2D drawings.
* Learn the design of Geo Stations, Re-Spot Stations, Grippers, and related BIW tooling.
* Gain exposure to BIW manufacturing processes and automotive assembly standards.
* Learn welding line processes including Spot Welding and ARC Welding.




* Collaborate with senior engineers to understand layouts, manufacturing processes, and customer requirements.
* Prepare design documentation, engineering drawings, and reports.
* Deliver assigned tasks within project timelines while maintaining quality standards.
## Qualifications & Skills
* NTTF / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
* Freshers (0–1 year experience) are eligible.
* Basic knowledge of CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent CAD software.
* Understanding of Engineering Drawings and GD&T; is an added advantage.
* Solid willingness to learn BIW design and automotive manufacturing processes.
* Valuable communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
* Attention to detail and a positive learning attitude.
