Role Overview – Event Production Manager (Corporate Events)

The Event Production Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, production, and execution of corporate events such as conferences, leadership meetings, product launches, sales kick-offs, award ceremonies, exhibitions, investor events, employee engagement programs, and client events. The role manages production, logistics, vendors, budgets, timelines, and in office operations to deliver high-quality experiences that align with organizational goals and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Production




Lead end-to-end production planning for corporate events.
Develop production timelines, run-of-show documents, and event schedules.
Coordinate staging, audiovisual (AV), lighting, LED screens, sound, scenic design, and branding.
Ensure event production aligns with corporate identity and messaging.

Project & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with marketing, communications, HR, sales, leadership, and external agencies.
Translate business objectives into production requirements.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and approvals.

Vendor & Venue Management
Source, negotiate, and manage production vendors and event suppliers.
Coordinate with venues regarding technical specifications and operational requirements.
Ensure timely delivery, setup, and dismantling of equipment and event infrastructure.

Budget & Financial Management
Develop and manage production costings.
Track expenses and ensure cost-effective delivery.
