We are looking for a proactive and customer-obsessed
Customer Success Executive
with
2–4 years of experience
in SaaS customer success, account management, or client servicing, who can independently own the post-sales relationship—from onboarding and adoption to retention and renewal. This role requires excellent communication skills, a robust service mindset, and the ability to coordinate across technical, operations, and support teams to keep enterprise customers successful.

Job Overview

As a
Customer Success Executive
, you will be responsible for driving adoption, satisfaction, and retention across enterprise accounts using
FalconETMS
, our Employee Transport Management SaaS platform. You will onboard recent clients, run regular check-ins and business reviews, resolve escalations, and ensure every assigned account realises measurable value from the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Adoption
Own end-to-end onboarding and implementation for assigned accounts in coordination with technical and operations teams.




Conduct product training and walkthroughs for client stakeholders and end users.
Drive early adoption and ensure clients achieve go-live milestones on schedule.

Account Ownership & Client Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise and GCC accounts.
Build relationships with Facility/Admin Heads, Transport Managers, HR teams, and Procurement.
Conduct regular check-ins, usage reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
Understand client operations and recommend platform features that solve their challenges.

Retention & Growth
Own account retention, renewals, and early identification of churn risk.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with the sales team on closure.
Track account health scores, adoption metrics, and renewal timelines.

Escalation & Issue Management
Act as the escalation point for client issues and drive timely resolution with support and product team
