A. Production Operations
Assist the Production Incharge in planning and executing daily production activities.
Prioritize, schedule, and monitor production activities to achieve production targets.
Coordinate manpower, materials, and machine availability to ensure smooth production operations.
Monitor production processes, identify operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Stores and Purchase departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
Raise material requisitions based on production requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock status to the Production Incharge.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Communicate production status, delays, and operational issues to management.
Conduct on-the-job training for production operators and shop-floor employees.




Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.

B. Quality Control
Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure quality compliance.
Perform routine laboratory testing of lubricants, oils, greases, and specialty chemicals as per ASTM/IS standards.
Verify production batches before product release.
Ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
Inspect packaging materials prior to use.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure timely calibration.
Prepare and maintain quality reports, test records, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and inspection records.
Ensure compliance with ISO, BIS, and company quality management systems.
Support internal and external quality audits.
Investigate customer quality complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corre
