Role & Responsibilities
Annotate, label, classify, and validate image, video, text, audio, and document datasets according to project guidelines.
Perform quality checks to ensure annotation accuracy and consistency.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and project-specific instructions.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Report ambiguous cases and provide feedback to the Quality Assurance team.
Maintain confidentiality and securely handle customer data.
Learn and use annotation tools and internal software efficiently.
Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to continuously improve annotation quality.
Participate in training and certification programs.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Fresh graduates (BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BCA or equivalent). BE/B.Tech graduates need not apply.
Must be willing to work full time from the office in Bengaluru or Hosur.



Work From Home (WFH) and hybrid work options are not available.
Valuable attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
Positive written English; knowledge of additional Indian languages is an added advantage.
Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions with a high degree of accuracy.
Patient, disciplined, and capable of performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
No prior experience required. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
