Key Responsibilities :




Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Handle both bulk hiring and niche hiring across various functions.
Coordinate and ensure a smooth onboarding and induction process for new employees.
Process monthly payroll accurately and maintain payroll-related records.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
Identify gaps in existing HR processes and introduce current initiatives to improve efficiency.
Drive HR process automation and implementation of best HR practices.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Maintain employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
