Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee the overall operations of a car dealership in Chhindwara. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, extensive experience in automobile sales, dealership operations, team management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall dealership operations, including Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Customer Relations.
Drive vehicle sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and an
nual business targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
Lead,



motivate, and mentor sales, service, and support teams.
Monitor dealership performance through KPIs and MIS reports.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain dealership standards.
Manage dealership budgets, profitability, and operational costs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, customers, and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and dealership guidelines.
Identify current business prospects and execute local marketing initiatives.
Conduct regular performance reviews and training programs for employees.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
