Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our editorial team as Trainee Copy Editors. This is an excellent chance for individuals who have a strong command of the English language and are eager to build a career in academic or publishing services. You will receive training and mentorship to develop your editorial skills while working on high-quality content.

What You’ll Do
Review and edit content for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and clarity.
Ensure content follows editorial guidelines and customer-specific instructions.
Identify and correct language, formatting, and consistency issues.
Learn and apply style guides such as Chicago Manual of Style (CMS) and other editorial standards.
Work closely with senior editors and team members to resolve editorial queries.




Maintain quality and accuracy while meeting assigned deadlines.

Skills Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and passion for quality.
Good grammar, vocabulary, and proofreading skills.
Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
Valuable time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is preferred.
Awareness of editorial or academic publishing concepts is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria
Example: Master's degree in life sciences/technology/humanities.
0 - 1 Year of experience
